Afnan Supremacy Noir is our first sample for Bottega Veneta Pour Homme’s green woods and leather. It follows the coniferous, resinous direction closely once it settles, although the opening can feel sharper and the finish less finely detailed. Loewe 7 Anónimo is the broader designer alternative for someone happy to trade some of that cool forest character for incense and warmer resins.
Purchase options: compare Supremacy Noir at Jomashop and FragranceNet, or check Loewe 7 Anónimo EDP at Jomashop. Confirm the concentration, bottle size and current stock before ordering.
The reference here is the original Bottega Veneta Pour Homme Eau de Toilette introduced in 2013. Pine, juniper and bergamot give it a brisk opening; fir, aromatic spice and a restrained leather base carry the character forward. Pour Homme Extrême, Pour Homme Parfum and Essence Aromatique are separate releases. A comparison with one of those bottles does not establish a match to the original EDT.
The useful question is whether an alternative preserves the balance between cool greenery and soft leather. Supremacy Noir puts more emphasis on that forest-like structure. Anónimo moves further toward smoky incense, benzoin and labdanum. Give each a full wearing: the opening alone can exaggerate the differences, while a late drydown alone can make two fragrances seem closer than they are across the whole day.
