Shipping policy

We do our best to ship all orders same-day or next business day (Monday-Saturday.) It's important to note that once we hand off your package to UPS, it is completely out of our control. Delivery times listed on our websites are estimates only, and not guaranteed. We cannot control the speed at which your package moves through the UPS network and can only provide an estimate for your convenience. Delays due to inclement weather are our of our control and must be accounted for by the buyer when placing your order. Each order is shipped with a tracking number that you can reference at any point while you wait for your package to arrive. If your order is delayed, moving slow, or hasn't been updated in a while—you may contact the carrier and ask for a resolution; remember that we only have access to the same tracking information that you do and can not speed up or 'track down' delayed packages. We do not act as the middleman between the carrier and the customer—shipping is a separate service offered by a different company, all shipping-related questions should be directed to the shipping carrier by the buyer. Any and all requests for refunds/reimbursements for late packages will be denied with no exceptions.
