How to Enter:
To enter the Chaos Fragrances monthly giveaway, simply place an order by clicking through any link on the Deal Hub page (or any link in our emails, if you are subscribed to our mailing list.) Each completed order placed after clicking one of our links specified above counts as one (1) entry, and there is no limit to the number of entries — multiple orders equal multiple chances to win. You do not need to purchase a fragrance that is featured on the Deal Hub page (or email) specifically; any eligible purchase made through our links qualifies as an entry. Orders placed without clicking through our links, or completed through other methods, are not eligible. Winners are selected at random based on qualifying order IDs or order numbers.

Q: I'm subscribed to your mailing list. If I click through links and purchase there, am I entered?

A: Yes, orders placed by clicking through our emails are qualified to be entered.

Q: How do you track the orders?

A: We use a separate U1 or COMP tag in each link for each of our campaigns. This means each time an order is placed through those links, we can track that it is coming from one of the two sources talked about above, thus labeling them as an eligible entry. Within our dashboards, we can view when the order was placed, what items were purchased, and also view the customers order ID/order number. Note: we can not see any personal information such as your name, address or email. 

Q: How many entries can I have?

A: You can have an unlimited number of entries. Each order placed through the links specified above = 1 entry. 

Q: I tried tracking my entries on the entry tracker page, but they aren't showing up even though I ordered through your links?

A: Please allow up to two business days after placing your order for your order number to be entered into our system. We don't have real time tracking for orders received, so we update entries daily, usually at the end of the day.
