Which Alexandria II clone should you sample first?
Arabiyat Prestige Portrait Oud is our first clone candidate to sample for Xerjoff Alexandria II. Its aromatic opening leads toward warm spice, florals, and woods, with resemblance becoming clearer as it settles. The opening can feel fresher and greener, while the overall texture may be lighter than the original.
The reference is Xerjoff Alexandria II Parfum from the Oud Stars collection. Apple, cinnamon, lavender, and rosewood lead into rose and cedar, followed by oud, sandalwood, amber, musk, and vanilla. Alexandria II Anniversary and Alexandria Orientale are separate fragrances.
Use an estimated 6–8 hours of detectable skin wear as a planning window for Portrait Oud, including the close finish after stronger projection recedes. This is an editorial estimate, not a promise of full projection or a measured average. Individual results can be shorter or longer.
Lattafa Oudain is a looser interpretation to consider if you enjoy smoky woods with leathery, medicinal, and sweet facets. Ramz Gold offers a separate fruity floral direction, while Oud for Glory emphasizes saffron, dark woods, and earthy patchouli. Matching a woody mood does not make these three interchangeable with Alexandria II.
