DUA Scarlet Warrior is our first sample for an interpretation of Creed Viking. It follows the contrast between cooling mint, peppery freshness and aromatic woods, although its balance can feel sharper and woodier. Pasha de Cartier EDT is the broader alternative for someone drawn to the herbal, spicy and woody side of that character.
Purchase options: check Scarlet Warrior through DUA, or compare Pasha de Cartier EDT at Jomashop and FragranceNet. Confirm the exact name, concentration, bottle size and current availability before ordering.
The reference is Creed Viking Eau de Parfum, introduced in 2017. Pepper and peppermint frame its citrus freshness, with rose and woody depth giving the fragrance more than a simple mint effect. Viking Cologne is a separate release. Scarlet Warrior Cologne is also a separate DUA fragrance and should not be substituted for the original Scarlet Warrior selected here.
Compare a full wearing rather than judging from the first spray. Scarlet Warrior is the more direct interpretation, but original wearers differ substantially over how successfully it reproduces Viking. Pasha’s connection is mainly in its aromatic, spicy woods after the opening settles. It has its own mossy, lavender-led character and predates Viking, so choose it as a related classic with a different balance.
